Inspired by some of the beautiful flowers Ajai, the artist, saw in Hawaii. The black background is a nice contrast to the bright bloom and will brighten up any wall.
About the Artist:
Ajai is an autistic young adult who discovered his interest in art accidentally during the summer of 2017 when he was struggling with anxiety and emotional regulation. His family hopes that Ajai can continue honing his interest in art while making a positive impact in his community and because of this, Special Arts and Cards is more than just a small business-it’s a way for Ajai to make a meaningful contribution using his talents. Ajai ‘s painting was one of twelve selected nationally in April 2024 as part of the program Autism After 21. It was displayed at Madison House Autism Foundation in Washington DC to promote awareness and acceptance of autistic adults, and to help them succeed beyond high school in the field of education, employment, and throughout their lifespan.
